This is a free website provided by CARE Services to help buyers, homeowners, and realtors find and list properties for sale. During the recent economic crisis, CARE Services has helped many people find financial security in their properties and homes. How to Search for and List Properties
- To Search for a property - Use the link on the menu or top of the page labeled "search" or "search listings" to go to the main search page. From there choose to type of property and criteria you are looking for and select "submit search" to advance to next page. You should then see several listings that meet your criteria.
- To List Properties - If you would like to list properties, please send an email to care2@ptd.net stating that you would like to start listing properties and including your contact information. The administrator will then create your account and send you login information. Once you're logged in you can update all your contact information and create listings.
To edit your account or create listings, click on 'Click Here to login to your listings account' at the bottom of the menu in the part labeled Manage My Listings. Click on 'edit my account' to edit your account information. To create a listing, click on the 'Add Listing' icon and follow the directions. - Benefits of Becoming a Member - Becoming a member allows our site to help you in your search for a property. By becoming a member you sign-up to be able to save searches and favorite listings. You can also receive notification by email when new listings that match your saved searches are added to the site. To become a member, click the link in the menu and fill in the information.
- To Find an Agent - Click on the 'view agents' button on the menu. From here you can browse agents that will serve your county.
